Vitamin Planet is a retail supplier of natural health and well-being products offering a convenient, secure and economical method of ordering online. By using this Site you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions following. Please read them carefully. Your usage of the Site indicates your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions. If you place an order with Vitamin Planet this also indicates your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions. Please note that the Internet is a rapidly changing medium, and we reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. By continuing to use the site after we post any such changes, you accept the modified terms.

Customer Account Obligations

In relation to the use of this site, you agree to the following terms;

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration of your details.
• Should your circumstances change, maintain and update this registration information to keep it true, current, accurate and complete.
• If you provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or complete or we suspect that information is misleading in any way we may suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and all current and future use of this site.
• You “the customer” are responsible for keeping your password and registration confidential and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and registration. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
• Vitamin Planet considers this registration information private. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from third parties. We use the information for limited purposes such as processing orders, statistical information to improve our site and services to you, administer our site and to notify you of products or special offers from time to time.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST, prices do not include shipping and handling, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. All our specials, including monthly specials unless otherwise stated, are valid till stocks last.

Delivery and Freight Information

At Vitamin Planet we will have your order processed, packed and despatched in most cases within 1 working day. Delivery times for your goods will vary depending upon your location. Delivery is subject to normal Australia Post delivery times. Please allow between 1 to 5 business days from receipt of your order to most destinations within Australia.  Vitamin Planet will apply a $5.50 flat-rate freight charge per order within Western Australia and $7.50 flat-rate freight charge per order outside WA (Interstate) applicable up to 3kg.  Parcels over 3 kg are subject to an increased freight charge and the cost will vary relative to weight.  Vitamin Planet will make contact in this instance and confirm adjusted freight fee. Vitamin Planet only delivers within Australia.

Vitamin Planet endeavors to keep all items in stock, however due to the large number of lines that we do carry, there may be occasional out of stock situations. This may delay the delivery of your parcel, you will receive a courtesy call informing you of expected delivery time should this be the case. Parcels may also be delayed due to public holidays or problems experienced by the Australia Post System.

About Refunds and Returns

Please choose your products carefully as Vitamin Planet does not refund returned product due to health risks associated with tampering.  Returns are only available for product received faulty or damaged or product sent in error.  Please advise Vitamin Planet within 14 days of receipt of order and we will replace or provide full refund. Refunds to your credit card will be credited directly back to your credit card and will be received within 14 days of returning product. Replacements are only possible if the item is available.

Privacy Policy

• We respect the privacy of our users.
• We use the information gathered about you to process sales on the site and to assist us and other entities in offering services and products to you.
• We may also share your data with third parties such as financial bodies, credit card companies in order to process transactions.
• Cookies are used in the vitaminplanet.com.au online shopping system. They are mainly used to keep track of the items purchased within the online shopping system and to ease the shopping process. These cookies are only kept within the session when you are using the online shopping system. They are automatically removed from your PC as soon as you close your browser.
• No credit card number is stored in the system. The credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as it has been collected.
• Vitamin Planet may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, safety, or property of vitaminplanet.com.au, our users, or others.
• By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information to vitaminplanet.com.au. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
• You consent to electronically receive communications from us. We may communicate with you posting notices on this site or by e-mail. You agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We will provide you with an option to decline these updates.
• We will not be liable for any disclosure of your personal information to any third party not authorised under this agreement which was beyond our control.
• If our policy changes we will notify you at your contact email address.

Information Errors on the Site

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, vitaminplanet.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed or product listed at the incorrect price. Vitamin Planet shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Vitamin Planet shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Applicable Law

As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree any claim relating to the Site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in Western Australia.

These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
